Meant to be an omelette
So I started this meant as an omelette but as I said is an earlier post that does not always work well in a deep pan.
1/4 cup milk
Sliced green onion sausage from @tnmeatco
Salt, pepper, paprika, and adobo to taste
Slice you green onion peppers thin, about 1/8 inch and place in a skillet to fry.
Remove sausage and set aside.
In a bowl mix your eggs milk and seasoning in a bowl and whisk until a solid color.
Add eggs into the skillet at a medium heat start scrambling your eggs. Okay I was trying for Omelette, but it did not work so I went scrambled.
