Not all great BBQ requires a grill
As I stated when I did my Oven Burnt Ends, I want to show people alternatives to making great meals. Not everyone has a backyard, or a grill, doesn’t mean you should give up on having BBQ at home.
As usual stopped by @tnmeatco and picked me up some great cut of beef ribs.

Started by brining the ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and white pepper, rubbed down with Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Stuck in the fridge over night. in a sealed container.

Heat an oven to 375 degree and place the ribs in the oven for 30 min.
While the ribs are cooking make some BBQ sauce. you can buy some, but to get the taste you want making it is better.
Ingredients for BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 can petite diced tomato
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsps. molasses
- 3 tbsps. brown sugar
- 3 tbsps. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. hickory smoke
- Salt, pepper, white pepper, adobo, paprika, red pepper flakes to taste
- 1/4 cup honey whiskey

In a pan sauté your onions, pepper and garlic. Be sure not to burn them. Add your seasoning and let cook into the sauté.

Add ketchup, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, spy sauce, hickory smoke, whiskey and apple cider vinegar. Mix and let come to a slight boil, let simmer on low for 3-4 min.

Add brown sugar and molasses, mix and let simmer for another 10-15 min.

Remove ribs from oven and coat with BBQ sauce. place back in oven and cook until desired outcome.

Got left over BBQ Sauce? Don’t throw it away, jar it for another day.
