Using Mikes Hot Honey
This is an easy and great tasting recipe.
Ingredients
Collar Pork Steak
Mikes Hot Honey
Salt, pepper, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Garlic cloves
2 tbsps. Olive oil
Brine you collar steak with salt, pepper and paprika. Stick in fridge for an hour, or overnight if you can.
On a medium heat in a preheated cast iron sauté your garlic in oil. (For this I am using Prohibition garlic and oil)
Once sautéed place collar steak in pan. Pour Mikes Hot Honey and let cook 3-4 min.

Turn over pour more honey and let cook another 3 min. Flip once more for about a min. Remove and cut into 1 inch pieces. Place back in pan with crushed red pepper flakes or red chili flake oil.
Cook to desired liking and serve over bed of rice.
