Pork Adobo Grunt Style

A make a little change using red sauce instead of vinegar

Brine the meat with salt, crushed pepper, paprika, and soy sauce.

I start by sautéing onions and garlic, ginger with paprika, adobo, salt and pepper.

Add meat and brown until almost cooked.

Add soy sauce and Worcestershire and tomato paste.

Add one can of tomatoes and 1/2 cup beef broth.

Set on low and let cook till meat is tender.
